Home Of The Bean
Home of the Bean creates an experience that not only allows its customers to enjoy their coffee but educate them about how it is made and the fair trade that goes into creating each brew and confectionary. Our beans are sourced from different roasteries and as far away as Burundi, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Guatemala. At Home of the Bean, our aim has always been to work with different roasters, across the world, and home the best beans in our hoppers (not just any beans, thee Bean) and that’s where our name came about.
Roasting and creating great coffee is a mixture of art and science. Our aim is to educate people Home of the Bean is also set to collaborate with a number of other brands to create unique versions of our informational experiences. We want people to learn, share and connect and we have found the perfect location to do this…at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Maboneng. Our space is intimate, minimal and sophisticated. Our furniture was hand selected by local award-winning design duo Houtlander. Oh and yes we have wifi.
We also cater for private functions and parties.
